Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Management/Inside Sales Specialist at Aimlay in New Delhi. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to customer satisfaction, customer support, communication, analytical skills, and customer service. The specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and analytical problem-solving.
