Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead - Inside Sales in the field of EdTech Sales at Aimlay Pvt Ltd (Recruitment) in Delhi, India.

- The role involves leading a team, managing sales activities, providing customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive sales performance.

- Should have team handling experience in the education domain.

- Ensure all the TL's & counsellors should follow the sop's 2.

- Will be responsible for handling a team of education counsellors.

- Responsible for building and managing a healthy relationship with clients.

- Will be responsible for handling day-to-day productivity reports.

- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas

- Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects

- Report weekly sales goals and objectives to Managers

- Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied

- Ability to take challenges and work in a target driven and result oriented environment.

- Develop new customers by finding new ways to reach them, asking for referrals, giving satisfying answers to customers, creating trust, and leading by values of the company.

- Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.

- Preparing & sharing the reports on time Can lead a team

- Must be quick, energetic, willing to learn and deliver the objective of the company

- Should have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Ability to communicate and negotiate with clients
