We are hiring for Personal Loans, Business Loans, HL and LAP, Credit Card's and EMI Card's.

This is a full-time remote role for a Relationship Officer. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, and facilitating communications between the company and its clients. The role also involves working closely with the finance team, supporting sales efforts, and identifying potential business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include client communications, financial document reviews, customer service follow-ups, and sales strategy coordination.

Relevant experience in Finance and Sales

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field is a plus

Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools
