Role:Responsible for 1st level support to local customers and regional escalation support on our SMT Solution equipment including installation, hotline management and field servicing activities to customers.Responsibilities:Performs machine installation, commissioning, on-site training and production monitoringPerforms standby service supportResponds to customer and regional service calls and attend to problem at customer side when requiredProvides on-site training to customersParticipates in continuous improvement and developing of new ideas and technology on product training delivery that add value to our customersOther technical related activities related to SMT Solutions offeringsRequirements:Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical and Computer/Mechatronics Engineering or related disciplineMinimum 2 years of relevant working experience. For the Senior Engineer role, a minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience is required.Experience in Printer, Pick & Place and Solder Paste Inspection machines is a mustExperience in SMT equipment especially ASMPT one is preferredExperience in SMT Process and Applications, Line Software’s integration, MES and Industrial Automation preferredKnowledge in basic project management skills will be advantageousStrong analytical and problem solving skillsResults & quality orientedTeam player and able to collaborate effectively with othersAbility to work in a diverse and multicultural environmentWillingness to travel domestically and internationally as required, and open to relocationWork Location: India, Bangalore/ Chennai
