As a part of our new service - Native Recruit , one of the solutions that we offer to our clients is recruitment services. We deliver a carefully curated selection of top candidates tailored to client’s specific job requirements. On behalf of our client, Native Recruit is in search of a Senior Mobile Developer as part of their growing team in Pune, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and architecture of our iOS and Android applications.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to implement innovative features and improve user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, ensuring high-quality performance and scalability.
- Optimize mobile applications for speed and efficiency, ensuring a smooth experience on both iOS and Android platforms.
- Troubleshoot, debug and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure apps meet security, accessibility, and regulatory standards.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers on the mobile team.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies in mobile development.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with a strong background in both iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin, Java).
- Proven experience architecting and building complex, high-performance mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and how they apply to mobile applications.
- Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and mobile databases.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- A passion for holistic wellbeing and the desire to create products that positively impact users.
Preferred
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Flutter or React Native for cross-platform development.
- Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
- Experience with mobile analytics and performance monitoring tools.
