Job Title: Business Transformation Lead – Supply Chain Management

The Business Transformation Lead will drive strategic transformation initiatives across the Source-to-Deliver (S2D) value chain. This role requires deep domain expertise in supply chain operations and a strong grasp of enabling technologies such as AI, automation, and analytics. The individual will act as a process architect and transformation partner, modernizing supply chains to improve service levels, cost efficiency, resilience, and sustainability.

Lead end-to-end consulting engagements across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment.
Conduct as-is process assessments across demand planning, procurement, production, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities using structured analysis and process mining.
Design future-state supply chain models leveraging digital platforms and advanced technologies.
SAP IBP, Oracle SCM Cloud, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Coupa).
Define and execute transformation roadmaps aligned with business and sustainability goals.
Build use cases and business cases for AI adoption (e.g., demand sensing, predictive inventory optimization).
OTIF, inventory turns, cost-to-serve, forecast accuracy) and governance structures.
Facilitate change management and enablement sessions across supply chain, procurement, and operations.
10+ years in supply chain consulting or operations.

~ Sustainability & Compliance
~ Experience in process redesign and shared services/global business services models.
~ Hands-on experience with platforms like SAP IBP, Oracle SCM Cloud, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Coupa.
Awareness of RPA, IoT, blockchain, predictive analytics, AI/ML.
Exposure to process mining, digital twins, and visibility tools (e.g., Knowledge of ERP integrations and logistics systems.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI, Tableau.

Effective stakeholder management across global teams.
Ability to lead transformation projects independently.
Thought leadership and business development skills.
