Key Responsibilities

Functional Expertise:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, workflows, and user stories.
  • Recommend and implement Salesforce solutions to enhance business efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other products.
  • Act as the bridge between business users and the technical development team.
  • Deliver user training and create comprehensive documentation to ensure successful adoption.

Technical Excellence:

  • Design and build scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Customize configurations, including custom objects, workflows, process builders, and Flows.
  • Lead integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like Boomi.
  • Ensure best practices in data modeling, system architecture, and security.
  • Manage data migration, including mapping, cleansing, and validation.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality benchmarks.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of Salesforce consulting experience with expertise in both technical and functional roles.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce declarative tools.
  • Hands-on experience with integration tools and middleware platforms.
  • Knowledge of data migration tools like Data Loader, Jitterbit, or Informatica.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and deliver impactful Salesforce solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Consultant or Architect) are a plus.
