The team consists of the best talent from the industry and is looking for suitable candidates to add to their strength.Role Description: Fintech Business Analyst· Coordinating with the derivatives trading desk to automate various trading process with objective of digitizing processes & improving them· Work on scoping of the trading team's digital projects and liaison with IT team to update, implement, and monitor the deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects· Back testing hypotheses to enable informed decision making on strategies· Enhance data analysis capabilities of the team with ability to analyze voluminous data to generate actionable insights· Core coding work for data visualization using PythonJob Qualifications:· Candidates with 0-2 years of experience in coding and finance· Advanced proficiency in Python and Excel is a must· Good theoretical knowledge and practical understanding of equity derivatives· Preferred - Candidates with MBA (Finance) / CFA / relevant experienceSkills Required:· Passion for capital market· Strong analytical, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to work in fast paced environment· Sound understanding of valuation metrics, financial ratios, derivatives data and events that impact stock price*We provide highly stimulating and challenging work environment
