Job Summary Pinnacle Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead a team responsible for creating and managing data visualizations and dashboards, primarily using Tableau.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills, ensuring that business requirements are effectively gathered, analyzed, and transformed into actionable insights.

This role involves managing a team of Business Analysts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Oversee the development of interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau to support business decision-making.

Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data insights and visualizations.

Gather, assess, and translate business requirements into comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and alignment with business objectives.

Conduct data analysis, identify trends, and present condensed insights to leadership teams during program reviews.

Implement best practices in data visualization, dashboard design, and business intelligence methodologies.

Participate in strategic planning, risk assessment, and needs analysis for business intelligence initiatives.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in data visualization and business intelligence.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics, with hands-on expertise in Tableau.

Strong technical skills in database management, T-SQL, and data extraction and manipulation.

Proven ability to gather, assess, and translate business requirements into effective data visualizations.

Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create complex formulas, charts, and graphs for data analysis.

Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of Business Analysts or similar roles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a simplified manner.
