Job Summary

Viraaj HR Solutions is seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our team. As a Tableau Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision making and enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into Tableau visualizations.
  • Develop interactive and user-friendly Tableau dashboards and reports to display insights.
  • Utilize SQL and other data manipulation tools to extract and prepare data for visualization.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data.
  • Work on data blending and data modeling to create meaningful visualizations.
  • Implement best practices for data visualization and dashboard design to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Conduct performance tuning to optimize the Tableau dashboards for efficient usage.
  • Provide technical support and training to end users on Tableau usage and features.
  • Collaborate with the data team to ensure data integrity and consistency in Tableau visualizations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and enhancements to incorporate them into the existing solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation for Tableau solutions and processes.
  • Participate in quality assurance and testing of Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data visualization practices and standards within the organization.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar role with expertise in data visualization.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and related tools.
  • Strong understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience in creating interactive and visually appealing Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
  • Ability to interpret and translate complex data into insightful visualizations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data interpretation and storytelling through visualization.
  • Good understanding of best practices in data visualization and dashboard design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience in performance tuning and optimizing Tableau dashboards for enhanced efficiency.
  • Familiarity with other BI tools and technologies is a plus.
  • Certification in Tableau is highly desirable.
