We are looking for a skilled Power BI professional with 3+ years of experience to join our team in Bangalore or Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing Power BI reports and dashboards, with the ability to analyze data, generate insights, and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Report Development : Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support business decision-making.

- Data Analysis : Analyze complex datasets and translate them into meaningful and visually appealing Power BI reports. Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting.

- Data Modeling : Create and manage data models in Power BI, including data integration from various sources, data transformation, and optimization for reporting purposes.

- Dashboard Management : Develop and manage interactive dashboards, ensuring they meet business requirements and user needs.

- Performance Monitoring : Monitor the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards, optimizing them for efficiency and effectiveness.

- Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and requirements. Provide recommendations based on data analysis and reporting outcomes.

- Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards, including data discrepancies, performance problems, and user access issues.

- Documentation : Maintain documentation of Power BI report specifications, data sources, and processes. Provide training and support to end-users as needed.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practices. Continuously seek opportunities to improve reporting processes and enhance reporting capabilities.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Power BI Expertise : Strong experience with Power BI, including report development, data modeling, and dashboard creation.

- Data Analysis : Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets and translating them into clear, actionable insights through Power BI.

- SQL Knowledge : Experience with SQL and database querying to extract and manipulate data for reporting purposes.

- Data Integration : Ability to integrate data from various sources and ensure data quality and accuracy in Power BI reports.

- Visualization Skills : Excellent skills in creating visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards and reports.

- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and present findings.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience : 3+ years of experience working with Power BI and relevant data analysis and reporting roles.
