Job Profile Purchase Executive capable to handle Chemical purchase related activities in site.Job Content1) Handling Purchase of Raw Material/Packing material/Misc Items2) Handling Import/general purchase3) Sourcing for chemicals and submitting the RFP proposal4)Coordination with Toll Manufacturer5) Coordindation with Internal team and vendor for Non-moving/spent solvent disposal mangement.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Hands on experience in Procurement in Handling Speciality chemicals (Agro/Pharma experience preferable).2) Sourcing of Chemical Raw Materials, Intermediates, KSMs, Impurities and other chemicals3) Hands on experience in Domestic/Import/Export Consignments.4) Ensure adherence of procurement process & timelines well in line with the SOP /SLA5) Regular Coordination with internal stake holders and continuously working towards meeting stakeholder expectations.6) Coordination with Toll Manufacturer for material tracking, invoice booking, service order creation.7) Coordination with Fuel supplier for Material tracking, Invoice booking and service order creation.8) Coordination with transporter for service order creation and invoice booking9) Timely submission MIS ReportQualitificationB. SC /M. SC/B.
