ITILITE offers an integrated travel, expense and payment solution. With 500% growth in 2023 ITILITE is one of the fastest growing travel tech companies in the North America market. To facilitate this hyper growth we are looking for highly skilled pre-sales consultants. This role has a great mix of mentorship as well as exposure. You'll get to work directly with the CEO and an experienced sales director.The role sits at the intersection of product, sales and solutioning. Not to mention this is a remote first role
Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS product, its functionalities, and technical capabilities. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Solution Consulting: Working with sales and collaborating with other departments to solution for customer critical needs
- Onboarding & Upskilling : Training and upskilling of the sales team on the platform capabilities
- Product Demonstrations: Joining account executives for product demos as a technical expert when required
- RFIs/RFPs: Reviewing, completing and submitting RFPs as needed
Must Have:
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and the sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct technical needs assessments and translate complex information into easy-to-understand terms.
