About the role:We’re looking for a passionate Technology Lead / Engineering Manager to join our growing team and help build enterprise-grade banking products using .NET Core, Angular, and a modern microservices architecture.If you love solving complex problems, mentoring engineers, and driving large-scale digital transformation in the banking and fintech domain — we’d love to hear from youWhat you’ll do:· Lead and mentor a talented engineering team building scalable enterprise platforms· Architect and deliver microservice-based, cloud-native banking solutions· Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps to ensure performance, security, and reliability· Drive best practices in design, coding, CI/CD, and agile deliveryWhat we’re looking for:· 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a lead role· Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core, Angular, and microservices architecture· Experience delivering enterprise banking or fintech solutions· Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and modern DevOps practices· Excellent communication and team management skillsAbout the company:Established in Oct '2011, with a vision of being a market leader providing innovative business solutions in a pure play SaaS model for Banks & NBFCs.We are now rebranded as UNCIA , effective from 1st Aug '23.
