Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to handle end-to-end sales. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with pre-generated leads, understanding their needs, and converting them into successful closures. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls with prospective clients to promote the agency’s performance marketing services (e.g., Paid Ads and Digital Marketing). Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budget, and marketing goals, and effectively communicate how the agency’s solutions can add value. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through timely follow-ups and consistent engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills. Ability to take ownership of leads, handle cold calls, and close deals. Comfortable working under pressure and achieving targets. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment. Experience : 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, D2C, or B2B. Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or any field, with a keen interest in Sales A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn about digital marketing and sales. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as PPC, Meta Ads, and WhatsApp Retention Marketing. Strong communication skills and confidence in handling client interactions. Ability to manage multiple prospect conversations and follow-ups effectively.
