ROLE: Responsible for the technical implementation of Business Intelligence Solution, in the Marketing Analytics, Ecommerce & D2 C domain. You must have prior hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end ETL, Data Warehousing and Visualization of marketing analytics data.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
·    Design, develop, and maintain a data warehouse and analytics architecture to meet business analysis and reporting needs from an ecommerce & Marketing Analytics data perspective
·   Collaborate with Business stakeholders to understand data, reports, metrics, and dashboard requirements and deliver solutions in an effective manner and in alignment with BI Strategy and roadmap.
·   Work with high-volume and multi-dimensional data sets derived from different data sources and online publishers.
·     Ability to understand business needs and apply analytical concepts to generate actionable business insights.
·    Develop, test, improve and maintain ETL jobs and data flow scripts to move data into the data warehouse from production databases and various external data sources.
·     Design and build dashboards and other visualizations using data visualization tools like Tableau, DOMO, Klipfolio, etc
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
·         10+ years of work experience, in the area of ‘Analytics and Business Intelligence’
·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence in the ecommerce, Marketing Analytics & D2 C.
·         Prior experience in analyzing data from Google Ad Words, Facebook, Yahoo Bing, Gemini and other marketing platforms is a must.
·     Strong understanding of any BI tool with the ability to independently conceptualize and generate reports, metrics, and dashboards for fact-based decision making and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
·     Strong SQL skills with a minimum of 10 years of prior SQL experience.
·      Strong project management experience.
·      Experience with cloud infrastructure providers like Amazon AWS or Google Cloud would be a plus
·   Excellent analytical skills. The candidate should not only be able to analyze the data, but also drive the implementation of the recommendations.
