OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW:
As our Integrated Media Strategist , you'll be the architect of comprehensive media strategies that drive brand growth and deliver measurable results. Your deep expertise in media planning across TV, print, radio, and digital channels will be essential in developing full-funnel approaches that resonate with diverse audiences. You'll leverage your strong analytical skills to segment audiences, derive insights from market data, and optimize campaigns through rigorous analytics and market mix modeling.
You'll work seamlessly across departments to ensure campaigns flawlessly planned and perfectly align with brand objectives. By leveraging your market research expertise, you'll analyze media performance data to pinpoint the most impactful channels and methods to engage our target audience. This role demands a rock-solid foundation in media planning, coupled with top-notch analytical skills. Additionally, your experience in new business pitches will be a valuable asset in securing new clients and driving BMEG's portfolio growth.
AS THE INTEGRATED MEDIA STRATEGIST, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD BE:
Media Strategist & Campaign Architect: Design & Develop media strategy from a 360* approach (digital, print, TV, and radio channels). Conduct market research to identify target audience preferences and media consumption habits. Analyze media performance data to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and achieve marketing objectives
Target Audience Specialist: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure media strategies align with campaign goals and brand messaging
Data-Driven Optimizer: Analyze media performance data to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and achieve marketing objectives.
Industry Trendwatcher: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in media consumption habits, changing landscape, new platforms, planning and buying
Budgetary Guardian: Manage media budgets efficiently and effectively
Market Insights Reporter: Provide the business with concise and timely management reports on market conditions and opportunities
Campaign Performance Monitor: Track and oversee the adherence to best practices for local market implementation based on global category briefings
Ideal Candidate:
Media Maven: 12+ years of experience in media strategy and implementation, with at least 5 years in core strategic functions (agency or client-side preferred).
Strategic Skill Set: Expertise in media strategy, campaign management, full-funnel approaches, digital & social media, audience segmentation, market insights, data analytics, market mix modeling, and budget management.
Master of Essentials: Strong foundation in integrated media planning, brand positioning, market insights, and applying 360* marketing tools.
Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with industry-leading software (YUMI, GWI, etc.).
Multilingual: Fluent in English and Hindi (regional language knowledge a plus)
Can-Do Attitude and Team Player: You are a fantastic team player with a can-do attitude and thrive in collaborative environments
