Position Overview:

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be at the core of the development and optimisation of our platform, contributing your deep technical expertise to create innovative solutions that redefine patient care. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in a rapidly growing industry.


Important Note: Fluent English proficiency is essential for this role. The first round of the interview process will be a brief conversation with the CEO to assess English communication skills. Only apply if your English is nearly native-level, as effective collaboration with a team that operates exclusively in English is crucial.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Full-Stack Development: Take ownership of the development and optimisation of our full-stack TypeScript application, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and high-performing to meet the demands of a growing market.
  • Team Management: Work directly underneath the CTO and take the lead role in managing the development team.
  • System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform, focusing on performance, cost efficiency, and robustness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous enhancement of engineering practices, including CI/CD, code reviews, and automated testing, to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Address complex technical challenges, delivering high-impact solutions that advance the capabilities of our platform.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that exceed customer expectations.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on TypeScript, React, Node.js, and related technologies.
  • Team management and leadership experience.
  • Proven experience in system architecture and design, particularly in building scalable, cloud-native applications.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, including deployment, infrastructure management, and performance optimisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions in cloud environments.


Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
