Position objective:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of marketing experience, demonstrating strong oral and written communication skills, along with an inclination to support in digital, online, offline, and general marketing strategies. This role will require exceptional collaboration skills and a good command of MS Office tools. Role Description

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement digital, online, and offline marketing campaigns that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Content Management: Manage the development of compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, blogs, and social media content.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data and marketing analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams (sales, product development, design, etc.) to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader company goals.
  • Digital Marketing: Help manage online presence, including website, landing pages, and other online and offline outreach campaigns.
  • Market Research: Conduct on-site primary and offline secondary research to identify customer feedback trends and opportunities for innovation in both digital and traditional marketing.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are executed within scope and on time.


Requirements:

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing, ideally in a generalist role covering various aspects of marketing.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration and marketing content creation.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for daily work and presentations.
  • Experience in digital marketing platforms (social media, email campaigns, SEO, Google Ads) is preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Event planning and execution experience is a plus.
