This is not just a design job—it's a strategic creative role where your work directly contributes to revenue growth, brand elevation, and market impact.You'll be responsible for creating visually compelling sales proposals, landing pages, and marketing materials that help us close deals, promote our AI-powered tools, and tell the Simplia story with clarity and impact. Whether it's designing a sleek pitch deck in less than an hour or producing a campaign landing page by day's end, you must thrive under deadlines and embrace a startup-level pace. We're looking for someone with agency experience, or who has worked in the marketing department of a recognized brand, or produced visual content for magazines, websites, or publishing platforms. You must also have a clear understanding of how design serves marketing and sales goals, especially in the context of AI-driven solutions and digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:
• Design high-impact proposals for prospective clients, tailored to industry and use case
• Create landing pages, graphics, and digital assets to promote Simplia's AI tools and services
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to translate concepts into visual deliverables
• Turn around time-sensitive design needs in real-time or within a few hours
• Elevate Simplia's brand identity across visual touchpoints while maintaining clarity and consistency
• Adapt designs for different audiences, from local business owners to enterprise clients
• Maintain a creative asset library, templates, and visual guidelines
• Bring ideas proactively to the table—this role rewards creative thinking and initiativeWho You Are:
• Creative professional with 3–6 years of experience in an agency, in-house marketing department, media outlet, or creative studio
• Portfolio of client-facing proposals, landing pages, or campaigns that show both creativity and commercial impact
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools
• Experience working across multiple formats: decks, PDFs, web banners, HTML emails, LPs
• Comfortable working quickly and managing overlapping deadlines
• Deep understanding of how design drives marketing performance, user engagement, and sales results
• Interest or experience in AI, SaaS, or digital marketing platforms a strong plus
• Excellent communicator, able to take direction and also push creative boundariesWhat We Offer:
