Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance visibility and credibility in the market. Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of business objectives. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure continued growth and competitiveness. Extensive experience in forex sales and operations, particularly within the Indian market. Proven ability to lead and guide sales teams to achieve ambitious business goals. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Fluent in English (additional local languages are a plus). Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
