Job Title: Home Automation Consultant

We are a leading provider of smart home and automation solutions, offering cutting-edge technologies that enhance comfort, security, and energy efficiency for modern homes. With a state-of-the-art experience center, we help customers explore how automation can transform their living spaces.

The Home Automation Consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective customers visiting our experience center. They will guide clients through interactive product demonstrations, explain the value and functionality of various automation solutions, and help customers envision how these technologies can be integrated into their homes.

Welcome customers visiting the experience center and provide personalized tours.

• Demonstrate and explain home automation systems (lighting, climate control, entertainment, security, energy management, etc.)

• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest smart home technologies and company offerings.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of the experience center tours and demonstrations.

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, Business, or a related field (preferred).

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in home automation, consumer electronics, or technology sales.

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical, and support teams.
