Pine Labs | Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for a Region Head, Distribution. This is a people manager role reporting to the vertical head of Distribution, Paylater.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Distribution Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. This role will involve developing and implementing distribution strategies, managing key accounts, and leading regional teams to achieve performance targets.
The Responsibilities We Entrust You With
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement distribution strategies aligned with company goals to drive business volume.
Team Management: Lead and mentor regional sales and distribution teams to meet performance targets.
Key Account Management: Foster strong relationships with KAM Stores to ensure operational smoothness and business growth.
Expansion Initiatives: Identify and open new markets based on city potential to enhance distribution and volume growth.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data to assess performance, implement corrective actions, and identify improvement areas.
Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop training programs to enhance staff skills and product knowledge while managing budgets and expanding into new cities.
Culture Code Champion: Advocate for organizational values and drive cultural excellence, ensuring alignment with the company's culture code
Experience & Portfolio
6 to 12 years in FinTech, Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom, FMCG, FMCD.
Any Graduate, Preferred MBA
Technical Skills & Efficiency
Expertise in sales planning & distribution, team leadership, key account management, and market development to drive growth and profitability.
