Job Title: Regional Head We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Head to oversee and drive the growth of Unacademy's offline learning centers in the designated region. As a Regional Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional strategies, leading a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving business targets. Centre Enablement: Work in close coordination with central teams including finance, legal, and HR to enable efficient and compliant center operations. Regional Strategy: Develop and implement regional growth strategies aligned with Unacademy's overall objectives, including expansion plans, market analysis, and competitor assessment. Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams (sales, operations, marketing, support) to deliver regional goals and maintain high performance. Market Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, assess market trends, and provide actionable insights to drive growth. Performance Management: Define and monitor KPIs for the region, including revenue, user acquisition, and customer satisfaction. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies within the region. Prepare and share regular updates with senior management on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities. Business Development: Drive regional business development efforts and lead strategic initiatives from the front. Master's degree in any stream. Proven experience in regional management and leadership roles, preferably in the education or Ed-Tech industry. Strategic thinker with experience developing and executing growth plans. Financial acumen to manage budgets and resources effectively.
