Amazon is aggressively growing its external payments operations in India, with a focus on enabling Amazon Pay as a digital payments solution for offline merchants. Over the past 20 years, Amazon has reinvented itself on behalf of the consumer and has become the largest internet retailer and marketplace in the world, with over $100 billion in revenue. Now, Amazon is aiming to build the largest and most innovative Digital Payments solution globally, which is reliable, convenient, and rewarding.
In line with this vision, Amazon Pay is expanding its offline payments operations in India. The company is actively seeking individuals who are excited to be part of this journey and work towards enabling Amazon Pay as a payment acceptance solution for small, medium, and organized offline retailers across the country.
Amazon Pay's offline business strategy involves collaborating with key offline organized merchants and regional brands to help them grow their businesses by leveraging Amazon Pay's payment solutions. The company is focused on enabling Amazon Pay at physical stores of these merchants, forming strategic alliances, and executing joint business plans to drive mutual growth.
Amazon Pay recognizes the importance of understanding the unique needs and challenges of offline merchants and aims to empower its team members to strategically analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop innovative approaches and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business landscape.
Job Summary: Amazon Pay is seeking a highly motivated and organized marketing executive to join our Offline Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Offline Marketing team, ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across various offline channels.

1.Campaign Support:
oAssist the Offline Marketing team in planning, executing, and tracking offline marketing campaigns, such as promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
oCoordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and resources.
oMaintain accurate records, track campaign metrics, and generate reports for performance analysis.
2.Event Management:
oSupport the planning and execution of offline events, including venue selection, logistics coordination, attendee management, and on-site support.
oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and adherence to Amazon's branding guidelines.
oManage event registration processes, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up activities.
3.Data Management and Reporting:
oCollect, organize, and analyze data related to offline marketing campaigns and events.
oPrepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate performance metrics and insights to stakeholders.
oIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement streamlined systems for data tracking and reporting.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree
- •Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, account management, or a related field.
- •Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in creating presentations and reports.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- •Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with data analysis tools.
