Job Title: Administrative Executive   Location : Bangalore (Work From Office)  Employment Type : Full-Time  About Us   Frinks. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrative Associate to manage critical administrative tasks and contribute to the efficiency of our operations.  Key Responsibilities   Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.  Be active on Whats App, Emails, and Slack to stay updated with information—critical for improving Turnaround Time (TAT).  Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation systematically.  Keep essential information like KYC documents, recent purchases, login credentials, card details, and contacts readily accessible for immediate requirements.  Ensure all payments are cleared promptly with no backlog and follow up with the Accounts team as needed.  Collect all invoices from vendors each month and ensure they are shared with the Accounts team in a timely manner.  Oversee office supplies procurement and inventory management.  Arrange travel and accommodation for employees, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely bookings.  Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth workflows, including expense tracking and payments, maintain invoices, and update ledgers regularly.  Monitor office facilities and ensure they are well-maintained and functional.  Protect operations and maintain confidence by keeping all sensitive information confidential.  Provide general support to employees and visitors, addressing administrative queries and concerns.  Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.  1–3 years of experience in administrative roles.  Strong knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.  Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).  Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.  Experience in vendor management, payment coordination, and maintaining confidentiality is a plus.  This Role Is a Great Match If:   You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership.  You thrive in a dynamic startup culture and are comfortable wearing multiple hats.  You are dependable, detail-oriented, and efficient in executing tasks.
