About Us:

We're seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Associate to handle essential operational tasks and ensure our team operates smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


Finance Administration:

  • Manage customer invoices.
  • Manage & followup on payment dues.
  • Process vendor bill payments and expense reimbursements.


Human Resources Support:

  • Manage employee onboarding and records.
  • Assist in the coordination of HR-related activities.


Office Administration:

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.
  • Manage office adhoc administrative tasks.


General Support:

  • Assist with organizing team meetings and events.
  • Provide general support to other departments as needed.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in an administrative or operational role, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Workspace, and accounting/HR software (experience with SaaS tools is a plus).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
