We're seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Associate to handle essential operational tasks and ensure our team operates smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Administration:
- Manage customer invoices.
- Manage & followup on payment dues.
- Process vendor bill payments and expense reimbursements.
Human Resources Support:
- Manage employee onboarding and records.
- Assist in the coordination of HR-related activities.
Office Administration:
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.
- Manage office adhoc administrative tasks.
General Support:
- Assist with organizing team meetings and events.
- Provide general support to other departments as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1-3 years in an administrative or operational role, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Workspace, and accounting/HR software (experience with SaaS tools is a plus).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
