Position Title: Employee Engagement Specialist


Grade: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager


Experience : 3-7 years

Job Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad


Roles and Responsibility:


Employee Engagement (Ideation to Execution):

  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, festive celebrations, recognition programs, and employee well-being events.
  • Develop creative ideas for employee engagement programs in alignment with business goals and employee needs.
  • Roll out and implement Great Place to Work (GPTW) survey, Internal survey, conduct FGDs, and further provide insights to management on scope of improvement.
  • Support in creation and execution of engagement programs based on organization’s retention agenda backed by data analysis.


Internal Communication Management:

  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure employees are aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and key updates.
  • Design visually appealing newsletters, announcements, and internal campaigns using Canva or similar design tools.
  • Capture and curate content for internal use for example: Videos, Podcasts etc.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to craft effective messaging for town halls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Maintain and manage employee communication channels like HRMS portal, emails, etc. Gather employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and pulse checks, and use insights to improve engagement strategies.
  • Work closely with department heads and teams to foster a culture of collaboration and inclusiveness.
