Position Title: Manager – Secretarial


Grade: Manager


Qualification: ACS, (Mandatory), LLB / BL (Optional)


Experience: 7+ years


Age Group: Up to 32 years


Job Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad


Essential Area of Expertise:


  • Conduct Board Meetings, Shareholder meeting, preparing minutes of meeting and statutory register maintenance
  • Experience in setting up data room for a legal, secretarial due diligence / audit.
  • Handle filings under Companies Act and Foreign Exchange Management Act.
  • Administer shareholders agreement and shareholder, investor queries on secretarial matters
  • Handling Employee Stock Option Plan
  • Handled M&A including schemes through the NCLT.
  • Coordinate with external company secretaries, lawyers and other service providers.
  • Coordinate with other internal teams for common objectives
  • Should be able to function independently with minimal supervision
  • Should have worked with a practising company secretary and a company in its legal & secretarial department
