Position Title: Employee Engagement Specialist

Grade: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

Experience : 3-7 years

Age Grou p: Up to 32 years

Job Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Roles and Responsibility:

Employee Engagement (Ideation to Execution):
Plan and execute engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, festive celebrations, recognition programs, and employee well-being events.
Develop creative ideas for employee engagement programs in alignment with business goals and employee needs.
Roll out and implement Great Place to Work (GPTW) survey, Internal survey, conduct FGDs, and further provide insights to management on scope of improvement.
Support in creation and execution of engagement programs based on organization’s retention agenda backed by data analysis.

Internal Communication Management:
Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure employees are aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and key updates.
Design visually appealing newsletters, announcements, and internal campaigns using Canva or similar design tools.
Capture and curate content for internal use for example: Videos, Podcasts etc.
Collaborate with leadership teams to craft effective messaging for town halls, emails, and other communication channels.
Maintain and manage employee communication channels like HRMS portal, emails, etc. Gather employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and pulse checks, and use insights to improve engagement strategies.
Work closely with department heads and teams to foster a culture of collaboration and inclusiveness.
