Position Overview
We are looking for two enthusiastic and entrepreneurial-minded Recruitment Consultants based in Mumbai to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to interviewing and onboarding, with a primary focus on remote placements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, delivering excellent service and personalized solutions.
- Utilize various recruitment channels to source top talent and build a quality candidate pipeline.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess skillset, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
- Collaborate with the team to develop recruitment strategies and implement best practices.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team goals, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications and Skills
- Based in Mumbai, with the ability to work remotely.
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or client-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
