Reports to: Director, Bespoke Advisory


Position Overview

We are looking for two enthusiastic and entrepreneurial-minded Recruitment Consultants based in Mumbai to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to interviewing and onboarding, with a primary focus on remote placements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, delivering excellent service and personalized solutions.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels to source top talent and build a quality candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess skillset, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop recruitment strategies and implement best practices.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team goals, contributing to the overall success of the company.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Based in Mumbai, with the ability to work remotely.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or client-facing roles is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
