Position Summary

Cherivic Advisory Services is seeking a skilled Staffing Specialist to manage our recruitment efforts, from candidate sourcing and screening to onboarding. This role will play a key part in aligning our hiring strategies with the organization’s growth objectives, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.


  • Roles and Responsibilities Recruitment Planning: Develop and maintain strategies to meet the organization’s current and future staffing needs.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Source, screen, and negotiate with qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Job Posting and Application Review: Draft job descriptions, post them, and review applications to shortlist top candidates.
  • Relationship and Client Management: Build and manage partnerships with external candidate sources, educational institutions, business partners, and clients.
  • Event Participation: Plan and participate in job fairs, and leverage social media to advertise job openings.
  • Onboarding Process: Facilitate new hire onboarding, conduct reference checks, prepare offer letters, and manage onboarding paperwork.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, stay updated on hiring trends, and provide insights to hiring managers.
  • Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with departments to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals, track and report on hiring budgets.
  • Orientation and Training: Lead orientation sessions, monitor training completion, and oversee the exit process for departing employees.
  • RequirementsExperience: Proven experience as a Staffing Coordinator, Specialist, or similar role. ( exp: min 4 years )
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATSs), resume databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a strong capacity for client management and relationship-building.
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws: Solid understanding of employment regulations and best practices.
  • Educational Background: Relevant degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Ability to Multitask: Skilled at handling multiple projects and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Market Insight: In-depth knowledge of the job market and hiring practices.
