Website: The Customer Success Associate will report to the Head of FO vertical and act as a bridge between fleet owners and the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet management, transportation, or cement / automobile related sectors such as telematics, logistics, and transportation. Serve as the key point of contact for fleet owners, managing all aspects of their engagement with the company. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in the fleet business and manage their expectations effectively. Understand fleet owners’ business needs, provide consultative solutions, and align company offerings accordingly. Identify opportunities for business growth within the fleet owner segment and provide insights to the sales team. Keep a close watch on market trends, competition, and strategic business shifts to maintain a competitive edge. Act as a Subject Matter Expert on the company’s products and services, ensuring customers derive maximum value. Train fleet owners and their teams on product utilization and adoption.
