Job Title: Project Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 8+ years in Aluminium Doors, Windows, and Façade Systems Companies, Construction Companies, or handling Commercial Projects.
Skills: Structural analysis, Aluminium structural planning, project planning, team coordination, and technical expertise in facade systems and commercial projects.
Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam.
Location: Ernakulam
(Preference for Keralites; other candidates must be willing to relocate to Ernakulam.)
Responsibilities:
Conduct construction and structural analysis and design for aluminium doors, windows, and façade systems.
Lead and manage project planning and execution to ensure timely completion.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Review project specifications, technical drawings, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
