  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam.
  • Preference will be given to Keralites. Kindly apply only if you meet this criterion.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless project execution.
  • Track and monitor client feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Assist in improving customer retention strategies and processes.
