This unique role will shape and execute the company’s global marketing strategy while overseeing sales operations to ensure a customer-centric, high-performance commercial organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and visibility across biologics services.Oversee sales operations, including inside sales, RFP management, Salesforce (SFDC) administration, analytics, and process optimisation.Drive a culture of customer centricity, ensuring smooth engagement from proposal through delivery.Partner closely with senior commercial leadership to align marketing and sales operations with revenue growth objectives.Provide strategic insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to guide decision-making.Experience Required :10+ years experience at a Biologics CDMOStrong track record in strategic marketing and sales operations leadership.Expertise in managing RFP teams, CRM systems (SFDC), and inside sales functions.Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with operational excellence.Please apply directly or via
