Role Summary: Staffing Team Leader – BFSI
As a Staffing Team Leader in the BFSI sector, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for critical roles within banking, financial services, and insurance domains. This role involves leading a high-performing team to achieve hiring targets, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring a consistent supply of top-tier talent.
You will leverage your expertise in the BFSI landscape to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and drive innovative solutions to meet the dynamic demands of the industry.
As a Staffing Team Leader in the BFSI sector, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for critical roles within banking, financial services, and insurance domains. Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
