We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Marketing Head with mandatory 7+ years of proven experience in the interior design industry to lead the entire marketing function of our startup interior design firm. This critical leadership role holds full accountability not only for brand building but also for driving all sales and lead generation efforts.
The successful candidate will design and execute aggressive marketing strategies that directly impact business growth, revenue, and market positioning. Develop, lead, and execute robust marketing and sales-driven strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into revenue opportunities.
- Build and elevate the firm’s brand presence across digital, social, offline, and event channels, positioning the startup as a top choice in the interior design marketplace.
- Drive comprehensive digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, performance marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and influencer partnerships with a strong focus on ROI and customer acquisition cost optimization.
- Conduct deep market research, customer segmentation, and competitor benchmarking within the interior design sector to continuously refine go-to-market approaches.
- Oversee development of impactful marketing collaterals, portfolios, proposals, and client communications aligned with brand messaging.
- Forge and manage key partnerships with media, industry influencers, and relevant networks to amplify brand authority and business development.
- Own the entire marketing budget with discipline, maximizing investment effectiveness and reporting KPIs and financial impact to the leadership team.
- Lead customer engagement and retention programs that foster strong client loyalty, referrals, and long-term business sustainability.
- Champion digital transformation initiatives to implement best-in-class marketing technology and analytics for data-driven decision making.
- Build, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to achieve ambitious goals as the startup scales.
Mandatory:* Minimum 7+ years of senior marketing leadership experience within the *interior design industry*, with a direct track record of driving sales, lead generation, and brand growth in startup or high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that contribute directly to revenue generation.
- Deep knowledge of marketing channels applicable to interior design, including digital advertising, content marketing, social media, and event marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics platforms, CRM tools, and digital ad technologies.
- Established relationships and network within the interior design or architecture industry will be a significant advantage.
- Passion for interior design combined with a commercial mindset to align marketing with business objectives.
*Experience in brand building for luxury, commercial, or residential interior design markets. Expert in digital marketing and offline marketing.
- Familiarity with design visualization software or tools is beneficial
