Job Title: Admissions Counsellor – International SalesBusiness Unit: Working ProfessionalLocation: Marol Naka, Mumbai (Work from Office)Salary Range: ₹6 – 13 LPAWorking Days: 6 days/week (Some Saturdays may be off based on business feasibility)Shift Timings:- NA/US: 8 PM – 5 AM- (Timings may vary as per business needs)Role Overview:We’re looking for passionate and dynamic professionals to join up Grad’s International Sales team. As an Admissions Counsellor, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective learners across global markets, guiding them through their career and learning journey.Key Responsibilities:- Counsel potential learners and guide them in choosing suitable programs for their career goals.- Manage the complete sales lifecycle — from lead outreach, product demo, and conversion, to post-sales engagement.- Achieve weekly targets for enrollments, revenue, and collections.- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM database.- Clearly articulate the value and impact of up Grad’s learning solutions.- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance learner experience and sales outcomes.What We’re Looking For:- 2–5 years of experience in international sales (preferably in Ed Tech).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Strong understanding of global cultural nuances and student behavior.- Goal-driven, empathetic, and disciplined professional.- Proficient with MS Office and familiar with CRM tools.
