Job Description:

As a US Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals (primarily nurses, allied health workers, and locum tenens) for our clients across the United States. This role requires an understanding of the US healthcare system and a proactive approach to finding the right talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and Screen Candidates : Identify qualified healthcare candidates through various channels, including job boards (e.g., Indeed, CB, Monster) LinkedIn, Facebook & social media, and referrals.
  • Recruit for Nursing, Allied Health, and Locum Roles : Manage end-to-end recruitment for various healthcare roles, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Manage Candidate Pipeline : Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates to fulfill ongoing and future requisitions.
  • Interview and Assess : Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with Clients : Regularly communicate with clients and candidates to ensure smooth processes and keep them updated on progress.
  • Documentation and Compliance : Ensure all documentation is completed for each candidate, including licensing, certifications, and background checks as per healthcare industry standards.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with other team members and hiring managers to meet recruitment targets.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-4 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment, specifically with Nursing, Allied Health, and Locum positions.
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare recruitment standards, industry-specific terms, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.
