About the Role: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for nursing and allied roles in the US healthcare industry, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.

Responsibilities -

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify qualified healthcare professionals using various job boards, social media, and networking channels.
  • Source candidates for a variety of healthcare roles, such as Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), and other allied professionals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and healthcare clients to understand their specific staffing needs and provide suitable candidates accordingly.
  • Maintain a high submittal-to-interview ratio and ensure the conversion of candidates into successful placements.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and other performance targets.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the team to review recruitment processes, candidate funnels, and upcoming client requirements, ensuring a proactive approach.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates, coordinating all stages from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Stay updated with healthcare regulations, job market trends, and industry standards within the US healthcare recruitment sector.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in B Pharma, Life Science, or Biotech is preferred; however, a combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Required Skills:

  • The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and must possess good attitude.
  • Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment.
  • Candidate must have clear understanding of benefits, compensation, US Visa/ employment types and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT, etc.

Preferred Skills - Must have minimum 6+ months of experience in US Pharma and healthcare Recruitment. Must have hands on experience working with MSP/VMS based Direct Clients.
