Key Responsibilities

As the Brand Growth Manager cum Performance Marketing Specialist , you will oversee the overall marketing strategy, ensuring cohesive and innovative campaigns across channels while driving performance marketing initiatives to maximize ROI.

Online Marketing
  1. Performance Advertising Campaigns
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and emerging channels.
  • Optimize campaign performance using advanced analytics, A/B testing, and real-time data monitoring.
  • Leverage programmatic advertising for precise targeting and increased ROI.
  • Ensure high-quality creatives and copy for ad placements, aligning with brand aesthetics and goals.
  1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Develop keyword strategies for both organic and paid search campaigns.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits and implement improvements for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Use tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console for tracking performance and opportunities.
  1. Affiliate Marketing
  • Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners to boost referral sales.
  • Monitor affiliate campaign performance and incentivize top-performing affiliates.
  1. Influencer Marketing
  • Build and nurture relationships with micro and macro influencers in target niches.
  • Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and budgets with influencers.
  • Track and analyze influencer campaign results to evaluate ROI and brand impact.
  1. Email & SMS Marketing
  • Design customer journey workflows for targeted email and SMS campaigns.
  • Monitor open rates, CTRs, and conversions, optimizing strategies based on performance metrics.
  1. E-Commerce & Marketplace Growth
  • Optimize product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) for visibility and conversions.
  • Implement strategies for seasonal campaigns, deals, and product launches on e-commerce platforms.

Offline Marketing
  1. Brand Activation Programs
  • Design and execute on-ground activities like pop-ups, product demos, and experiential marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with local retail outlets or co-branded events to increase brand visibility.
  1. Partnership Marketing
  • Collaborate with complementary brands for cross-promotional activities.
  • Execute strategic alliances with offline retailers for placement and promotions.
  1. Events & Exhibitions
  • Plan RubHub’s presence at trade shows, exhibitions, and relevant industry events.
  • Oversee booth design, product displays, and marketing materials for maximum impact.
  1. Community Marketing
  • Create offline community events that resonate with target audiences, such as workshops or neighborhood collaborations.
  • Partner with local influencers to host offline gatherings.

Social Media Handling Strategies

1. Strategic Planning

  • Develop a robust content calendar aligned with seasonal trends, product launches, and audience interests.
  • Integrate organic and paid social strategies to ensure holistic growth across platforms.

2. Content Development

  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned visuals and videos.
  • Plan varied content formats such as reels, carousels, stories, and live sessions for maximum engagement.

3. Community Engagement

  • Actively monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and brand mentions to foster a strong community.
  • Build loyal customer relationships through user-generated content (UGC) campaigns and giveaways.

4. Trendspotting

  • Stay updated on emerging social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks to stay ahead of the curve.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Use analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, etc.) to track engagement rates, growth metrics, and campaign results.
  • Provide monthly reports with actionable insights to improve performance.

6. Cross-Platform Integration

  • Ensure cohesive branding across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Experiment with new-age platforms like Threads and Tiktok (if viable for the Indian market).

Performance Metrics & Optimization Sheet
  1. Performance Metric Development:
  • Define and standardize key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing channels, including online campaigns, offline activities, social media, and influencer partnerships.
  • Create a centralized metrics tracking system to monitor ad performance, lead generation, customer retention, and ROI.
  1. Optimization Sheet Creation & Maintenance:
  • Develop a detailed, dynamic optimization sheet using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or Power BI to track daily/weekly performance metrics.
  • Include metrics like CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR (Click-Through Rate), CVR (Conversion Rate), impressions, and audience engagement.
  • Highlight underperforming campaigns and areas for improvement through real-time data monitoring.
  1. Actionable Insights & Iterative Improvements:
  • Use the optimization sheet to generate actionable insights and propose iterative changes to campaigns.
  • Identify trends, seasonal shifts, or audience behavior patterns that influence campaign performance.
  1. Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Share performance updates and recommendations with stakeholders in weekly/monthly review meetings.
  • Align cross-functional teams, including creative and content, to execute optimization strategies effectively.

Key Skills & Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent. Advanced certifications in digital marketing or brand management are a plus.
  • Experience: 5 + years in a similar role with expertise in performance marketing and brand growth.
  • Demonstrated success in handling high-budget campaigns and achieving KPIs.
  • Skills: Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of affiliate and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Strong command of social media best practices, content trends, and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
