This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager (A1 INDIAN GROCERS-USA) The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and overseeing staff performance. Additional duties include implementing policies and procedures, coordinating with departments, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The individual will also develop and monitor performance metrics, handle logistics, and foster a productive workplace environment.

Strong organizational and planning skills
Knowledge of policies and procedures implementation and regulatory compliance
Budget management and financial reporting skills
Proficiency in performance metrics and data analysis
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
