Operations Director
  • We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to lead our operational teams and drive business growth.

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize operational processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Foster a high-performing team culture, setting clear goals and expectations, providing coaching and feedback, and creating development plans for team members.
  • Financial Management:
  • Oversee the department's financial performance, ensuring effective resource allocation, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and driving profitability.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget, maintaining detailed project plans, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting:
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success, provide regular reports and analysis, and make informed decisions based on performance insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong understanding of operations, supply chain management, and process optimization.
  • Leadership Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with business management software, proficiency in data analysis, and solid understanding of financial management.
