Roles & responsibilities
Continues learning and upskilling in the EdTech industry
Handle on-boarding training batches for the Sales team
Work with HR, Ops and Management to ensure high-quality sessions are delivered
Ensure employee experience is top notch
Facilitate sessions for System training, Process training, Policy training, Product training & Skill development training
Work with Core Training teams to ensure using LMS tools to deliver content/sessions
Identify gaps in systems & processes while presenting viable solutions to address them
Ensure Business expectations are communicated to new employees
Ensure on-boarding process is streamlined
Conduct high-quality certification sessions to meet business goals
Address queries while handling objections using strategic and critical thinking
Upskill and deliver ‘concept training’ in a significant manner
Present Business Intelligence reports
Assist in building Business strategies for growth
Build and upskill in the instructional design process
Key Skills and Qualifications
Effective Communication
Team Coaching and Development
LMS Proficiency (Any LMS Tool)
Content Creation and Delivery
Presentation Skills
People Management
Conflict Resolution
Decision Making
Process Optimization
Instructional Design (Preferable)
3-4 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in handling NHT Training batches
Experience in dealing with Operations to uplift employee performance
MS Office applications like Excel, Powerpoint, Forms, Teams, Outlook, Word etc.
Reporting skills for formulating and basic automation, trend analysis using Excel
