Roles & responsibilitiesContinues learning and upskilling in the EdTech industryHandle on-boarding training batches for the Sales teamWork with HR, Ops and Management to ensure high-quality sessions are deliveredEnsure employee experience is top notchFacilitate sessions for System training, Process training, Policy training, Product training & Skill development trainingWork with Core Training teams to ensure using LMS tools to deliver content/sessionsIdentify gaps in systems & processes while presenting viable solutions to address themEnsure Business expectations are communicated to new employeesEnsure on-boarding process is streamlinedConduct high-quality certification sessions to meet business goalsAddress queries while handling objections using strategic and critical thinkingUpskill and deliver ‘concept training’ in a significant mannerPresent Business Intelligence reportsAssist in building Business strategies for growthBuild and upskill in the instructional design process

Key Skills and QualificationsEffective CommunicationTeam Coaching and DevelopmentLMS Proficiency (Any LMS Tool)Content Creation and DeliveryPresentation SkillsPeople ManagementConflict ResolutionDecision MakingProcess OptimizationInstructional Design (Preferable)3-4 years

of relevant professional experience.Experience in handling NHT Training batchesExperience in dealing with Operations to uplift employee performanceMS Office applications like Excel, Powerpoint, Forms, Teams, Outlook, Word etc.Reporting skills for formulating and basic automation, trend analysis using Excel
