JOB DESCRIPTION As an Associate - E-Commerce at Popular Foods Co, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our e-commerce channels. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operations, optimize processes, and drive growth in our e-commerce business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Market Survey and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify gaps in our services and opportunities for growth. • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with strategic account partners. • Order Processing & Tracking: Processing of daily orders and sharing with supply chain team for further processing, and production. Tracking Po supplies and coordinating internally for supplies. • Inventory Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage inventory and optimize product availability. • Stock Availability: Ensure stock availability and maintain an effective fill rate for all accounts with accurate forecasting. • Internal Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to achieve desired fill rates and other operational goals. • Channel Understanding: Acquire a thorough understanding of key accounts’ needs and requirements, linking key customers and internal teams. • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts using key account metrics. • Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day operations such as pricing inputs, pricing checks, content management, media alignment, event participation, and reporting. • Account Health: Maintain account health metrics and ensure timely resolutions. • C ompetition Mapping: Map competition and implement best practices based on consumer feedback. Requirements: • Awareness and basic understanding of e-commerce operations, and prior experience is an added advantage. • Strong analytical skills to draw conclusions and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations. • Experience: 1-2 years preferred. • Strong work ethic and passion for what you do. Someone who has a hunger to grow and excel every day is preferred. • Strong Excel skills including knowledge of Pivot Tables, Complex Formulas, and basic automation. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
