Workday Consultant – Prism Analytics Remote | India DocumentIT LLC About the Role: DocumentIT LLC is seeking an experienced Workday Consultant with a strong background in Workday Prism Analytics to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data modeling, reporting, and integration within the Workday ecosystem, along with a passion for problem-solving and driving business insights through data. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and support Workday Prism datasets, pipelines, and analytics solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable Prism solutions. Ensure data quality, security, and performance optimization within Workday. Work closely with stakeholders to deliver actionable dashboards and analytics. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to Workday releases or enhancements. Required Experience & Skills: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Consultant, specifically in Workday Prism Analytics. Strong understanding of Workday data architecture, integrations, and reporting frameworks. Proficiency in building complex datasets, transformations, and Prism pipelines. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Workday Certification in Prism or Core HCM is preferred. Ability to work independently in a remote setup. Why Join DocumentIT LLC?
