Workday Consultant – Prism Analytics 📍 Remote | India 🏢 DocumentIT LLC About the Role: DocumentIT LLC is seeking an experienced Workday Consultant with a strong background in Workday Prism Analytics to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data modeling, reporting, and integration within the Workday ecosystem, along with a passion for problem-solving and driving business insights through data. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and support Workday Prism datasets, pipelines, and analytics solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable Prism solutions. - Ensure data quality, security, and performance optimization within Workday. - Work closely with stakeholders to deliver actionable dashboards and analytics. - Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to Workday releases or enhancements. Required Experience & Skills: - 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Consultant, specifically in Workday Prism Analytics. - Strong understanding of Workday data architecture, integrations, and reporting frameworks. - Proficiency in building complex datasets, transformations, and Prism pipelines. - Excellent analytical and communication skills. - Workday Certification in Prism or Core HCM is preferred. - Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
